Currency
All prices on Canny Bathrooms are listed in Australian dollars (Aud) with GST listed separately.
Delivery
Once Canny Bathrooms have received your order, we will contact to confirm payment details, delivery method and confirm when we can ship the goods to your. We unfortunately cannot deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. In the unlikely even that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange to supply your order. Once you have nominated how you would like the order to be delivered we will add the freight to your invoice. We will not be advising you of the exact fee unless you specifically let us know you require that information.

Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are exclusive and the GST is listed separately. This is a broad based tax on consumption, which applies to the supply of most goods and services.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your order you can do so up to 24 hours after placing your order.
Refunds
At Canny Bathrooms we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services.
If your product is faulty, please contact our service department
for a replacement. You will not be charged for extra freight if the item is faulty. However if you change your mind, you will need to pay for the return freight and freight of the new item.
If you change your mind, you cannot get a refund, however we will provide you with a credit note that can be used in any of our stores within 6 months of the date of issue.
